- Monthly Stage Inspections
Stage inspections include inspection of structural members for signs of movement, cracks or other defects. All structural members are inspected for deformation or other irregularities that could indicate misuse or potential problems. All electrical lines, limit switches and controls are inspected for damage. The wire ropes are run off the reels and inspected for signs of damage.

Inspection of Parapets
All roof levels that do not have a parapet of at least 42” high must adhere to the rule that when working within 6’ of the low parapets, fall arrest equipment must be used. This means the use of harness, lanyards and tie-off anchors as described in ANSI I-14.1, Section 9.2.2.

Facade Attachments
According to ANSI I 14.1, Section 5.88, powered stages operating above 130 feet, approximately 11 floors, must have provisions for wind stabilization.

Roofing and waterproofing services are not included in our proposals. These costs are the responsibility of the owner and management. McCrory Engineering, Inc. will coordinate these services at your request. McCrory Engineering, Inc. will not be responsible for any embedded, buried or otherwise concealed lines, cables, conduits, services, equipment and or components unless management can accurately locate them, (If Ground Penetrating Radar is required, additional charges will apply.
