• Sealing of Exposed Deck

 Remove and replace sealant with high pressure deck cleaning in preparation of new coating.  Installation of a urethane to urethane primer with the top coat application at a rate of 80 square feet per gallon, using a notched squeegee to ensure proper thickness of material. we use a 16/30 backed aggregate broadcast and back roll it to provide a non-skid surface.

 Surface drainage solutions to prevent ponding of water that can permeate concrete and deteriorate steel rhubarb.
